Bringing Your Pets
By great demand, we now offer rooms that allow pets. This eliminates the hassle of worrying about the pet you left home or looking for a place that will look after him. Above all, your beloved pet will no longer feel lonely.
However, please note that our hotel does not specialize in boarding pets, and that the rooms that allow pets are limited. As such, please note that the rooms may be booked up.
Please also note that only disciplined house pets are allowed. Please bring the things that your pet requires.
The following are our rules. Please take your time to review them. We ask for your cooperation.

House dogs: No special limits on the breed or the size.
Cats and other small pets
● Accompanying pets outside your room
You can accompany your pets at the terrace. However,
please refrain from bringing them to restaurants and other indoor areas.
Per night per pet
Small and medium size: ￥4,200 (including tax and service fees)
Large size: ￥5,250 (including tax and service fees)
■ Guests staying overnight with their pets
We welcome you to Auberge de Primavera. This room is normally for general use and has been specially prepared for guests bringing their pets so that they can enjoy their time with their pets.
Unlike those that specialize in boarding pets, this hotel may not have the adequate facilities and services. We ask for your understanding on this matter and request for your cooperation so that other guests can enjoy their stay as well.
I. Please refrain from letting your pet go free unless the owner is with it.Pets cannot enter the bedroom. Shampooing your pet in the
bathroom and brushing it in the room are not allowed.
II. Please make sure the pet does not chew the amenities and ornaments, and ensure that it does not sharpen its claws (cats).
III. When coming back from the outside, please enter the room after wiping the feet.
IV. Please take the responsibility of disposing of the pet's excretions inside the room and when you take it out for a walk.
V. Please especially be mindful of the pet's cries.
VI. Please note that, in case of a trouble arising between other guests and your pet, or accidents involving your pet (e.g., accidents,
sudden illness, catching a contagious disease), we cannot be held responsible unless we are clearly liable.
VII. We have not established a detailed set of restrictions applicable to your stay. We entrust your morale as the owner and that the
restrictions are in place according to the law and generally accepted customs.
VIII. Should there be any damages that surpass what is stipulated in VII., we may claim against the damages according to the terms and
1. If you are accompanying your pet to the restaurant, we will generally ask you to be seated at the terrace.
2. Pet food prepared under the supervision of a veterinarian is avasssilable (currently, only dog food is available)
